IMA GROUP JOINS OMAS

An agreement was signed with IMA to acquire the majority of the company’s shares held by Savino Giudici.

It was here that IMA and OMAS Tecnosistemi realized that, together, they could become the “one-stop partner” in the cosmetics, make-up, and personal care sectors, for filling and packaging lines of all kinds.

It was not long from the first meeting to the signing of the agreement: this perfect combination will bring added value to customers.

The collaboration will officially kick off at the opening of the Cosmopack fair on March 21 in Bologna.
